8 gifts under $30: Kids’ stocking stuffers get high-tech
Electronic bugs, roaring dinosaurs and programmed thumb drives — stocking stuffers just aren’t what they used to be (tangerines and walnuts in our house). But times change — they call it progress, so we guess it is — and these days holiday gift-giving is likely to involve blinking, bleating and batteries.
