Should i buy Kota the Triceratops for my 3 yr old?

kota triceratops dinosaur?

i know that the commercials say that you can ride this toy but does it really walk around? i found a website and i looked on it and it showed that it moves up and down but does it move forward.

Has anyone gotten KOTA THE TRICERATOPS for their child, or has any reviews on the toy?
