Accessibility Statement

Last updated: August 2026

Triceratops LLC is committed to ensuring that triceratops.com and the Triceratops platform are accessible to people with disabilities. Getting paid is for everyone; so is the software that makes it happen. We take accessibility seriously as a design principle, not a checkbox.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We assess our work against these guidelines as we design and build, and we are honest about where we stand: triceratops.com is partially conformant, meaning most content meets the standard while some areas are still being improved. New pages and features are reviewed against the same bar before they ship.

What's built in today

  • Skip link: a "skip to content" link is the first focusable element on every page, letting keyboard and screen-reader users jump straight past the navigation.
  • Structure: semantic HTML with proper landmarks, headings, and labeled navigation on every page.
  • Forms: every field has a programmatically associated label; required fields are marked; error states are communicated by the browser's native validation.
  • Keyboard: all interactive elements — navigation, forms, the calculator, FAQ disclosures, and the mobile menu — are operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.
  • Motion: the site respects your system's reduced motion preference. When it's enabled, scroll animations, the animated product demos, and pulsing indicators are disabled.
  • Contrast: text colors on both our dark and light themes are chosen to meet AA contrast targets.
  • Imagery: meaningful graphics carry text alternatives; purely decorative artwork is hidden from assistive technology.
  • Mobile: touch targets are sized generously and form inputs are sized to prevent unwanted zoom, so the site works comfortably with magnification and touch-based screen readers.

What we're actively improving

  • A full screen-reader pass of our animated product demonstrations (each already carries a text alternative, and none conveys information that isn't also available in plain text).
  • Ongoing audits with automated tooling and manual testing as new pages and product surfaces ship.

Third-party content

Some parts of the experience are delivered by partners — for example, hosted payment pages provided by our payment infrastructure partners and web fonts served by their providers. We select partners with published accessibility commitments, but we cannot always control their content. If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere in a Triceratops experience, including a partner-hosted page, we want to know and we will pursue it.

Compatibility

triceratops.com is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and screen magnification, on desktop and mobile.

Feedback and assistance

If any part of our site or service is difficult to use, tell us and a human will respond the same business day: [email protected] with the subject "Accessibility." We will also gladly provide information in an alternative format, or personally assist you in completing any form or payment, at no charge.
